Smaller trial orders can be arranged — contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Can I place a trial order before committing to a full shipment?
Yes. We welcome trial shipments for new B2B partners. This allows you to verify quality, packaging, and logistics before scaling to full orders. Trial orders follow the same quality and documentation standards as larger shipments.
Do you sell directly to buyers, or only through agents?
We sell directly from the manufacturer — no agents, no middlemen. This means full traceability, fresh stock from our facilities, faster delivery, and competitive factory pricing. You deal directly with our team from inquiry to delivery.
Do you offer private-label and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer fully customized packaging — including private-label branding — for all products. You can supply your own label artwork, or our team can assist with market-specific compliance text (EU, Russian, Arabic labeling). Pre-production samples are provided for approval before full-scale packing.
What packaging formats do you offer?
Packaging options include:
- Bulk industrial containers (10–25 kg cartons, bags)
- Vacuum pouches for nuts and dried fruits
- Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) for premium products
- Retail-ready packs (200 g–1 kg) with printed labels
- Aseptic bags for pastes and purees
- Export-grade cartons and crates for fresh fruits
Which countries do you export to?
We currently export to the UAE, Germany, France, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and other markets on request. Our established trade routes connect Iran and Uzbekistan directly to buyers across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
How long does shipping take?
Typical transit times:
- UAE: 7–10 days
- Russia and CIS: 10–20 days
- Europe (Germany, France): 3–5 weeks
Exact timing depends on the shipping route and product type. Fresh fruits use reefer containers with cold-chain monitoring throughout transit.
What export documents do you provide?
We provide a complete export documentation package, including:
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Health certificate (where required)
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) — on request
- Bill of lading / airway bill
All documents are prepared according to your destination country's requirements.
What is the SO2 standard for your dried apricots?
Our dried apricots are produced, processed, and packaged under strict SO2 compliance, with a sulfur dioxide level of less than 2000 ppm — the EU safety standard. Every batch is tested by an independent accredited laboratory, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request. We also supply natural (no-sulfite) dried apricots for premium markets.
Do you provide certificates of analysis (COA) and phytosanitary certificates?
Yes. For every shipment we provide:
- Phytosanitary certificate — issued by the plant protection authority of the origin country
- Certificate of Analysis (COA) — from an independent accredited lab, available on request for products such as dried apricots (SO2 testing)
- Certificate of Origin
How do you control quality during processing?
Quality is controlled at every stage:
- Raw material inspection upon arrival from orchards and farms
- Washing, sorting, and grading with modern industrial machinery
- In-process checks for moisture, color, size, and absence of foreign matter
- Batch-level laboratory testing (SO2, moisture, microbiology)
- Final inspection before packaging and shipping
Every batch is fully traceable from source to shipment.
